Homes with heavier buildup or neglect may include a surcharge starting at $30, based on severity. This is discussed before we start, never added after.
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are billed at a $75 flat fee or 50% of the service price, whichever is greater. Same-day cancellations are billed at 100% to hold the reserved time.
