Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book cleaning or organizing services with Luminova Services LLC, doing business as Luminova Cleaning Services. Booking a service means you agree to them.

Our services

We provide residential cleaning and home organizing in Tampa, Lutz, Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, and surrounding Tampa Bay communities. Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, short-term rental turnovers, post-construction cleanup, and organizing projects.

Locations outside our usual service area may be subject to a travel fee, which we will discuss with you before booking.

Estimates are estimates

Any price you receive online, by phone, or by text before we have seen your home is an estimate based on the information you give us. It is not a final, binding quote.

We confirm the final price in person, before we begin work. If the home differs meaningfully from what was described — more square footage, heavier soil, more rooms, added services — we will tell you the revised price before starting. You may accept the revised price or decline the service at no charge.

Pricing and minimums

• Cleaning services start at $140, with a four-hour minimum booking.
• Organizing services start at $135, with a three-hour minimum booking.

These are starting prices and minimums, not the price of every job. Final pricing depends on the size and condition of the home and the services you select.

Payment

We do not take a deposit. When you book, you may be asked to keep a payment method on file, held securely by our payment processor.

After your service is complete and you have confirmed the work, we charge the final agreed amount and send an invoice. We accept credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and bank transfers (ACH).

Invoices are due on receipt. Balances more than 30 days past due may be subject to a late fee.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand plans change. We ask for as much notice as you can give.

• More than 24 hours' notice — no charge.
• Less than 24 hours' notice — $75, or 50% of the quoted service price, whichever is greater.
• Same-day cancellation, lockout, or no access on arrival — 100% of the quoted service price.

These fees exist because a cancelled appointment is time we cannot fill on short notice. If something genuinely unavoidable happens, talk to us.

Heavily soiled homes

Homes with heavy buildup, biohazards, pest infestation, or conditions that require substantially more time or specialized handling may be subject to a surcharge starting at $30, depending on severity.

We will always discuss any surcharge with you before we begin work. We will never add it to your invoice afterwards without telling you first.

We reserve the right to decline or stop a job where conditions are unsafe, including biohazards, human or animal waste beyond normal cleaning, mold requiring licensed remediation, or pest infestation.

Satisfaction guarantee

If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to correct it at no additional charge. This guarantee covers work included in your agreed scope of service. It does not function as a refund policy for services that were performed as agreed.

Access to your home

You are responsible for providing safe, reliable access at the scheduled time — a key, code, lockbox, or someone to let us in. If we cannot access the home, the same-day cancellation fee applies.

Please secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and anything you would prefer we not handle. Please also secure pets that may be anxious around visitors.

What is not included

Unless separately agreed in writing, our services do not include: moving furniture or appliances heavier than 30 pounds, cleaning exterior windows above the ground floor, mold remediation, pest control, biohazard or crime-scene cleanup, or cleaning areas that cannot be reached safely without specialized equipment.

Damage and liability

We take care in your home. If we damage something, tell us within 24 hours so we can inspect it and make it right through repair, replacement, or reimbursement.

We are not responsible for damage caused by items that were already loose, unstable, worn, or improperly installed, or for normal wear from routine cleaning of delicate surfaces. Please tell us in advance about any surface or item that needs special handling.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Text messages and email

By providing your phone number and email address, you agree that we may contact you about your appointments. Marketing messages require separate consent and are never a condition of service. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you book is the version that applies to that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
