Information we collect
We only collect information we actually need to quote, schedule, and complete your service.
- Contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and service address.
- Property and service details — information you give us so we can quote accurately, such as square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, pets in the home, the type of service you want, and any access instructions or notes about the space.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank account numbers. We may see the last four digits, card brand, and whether a payment succeeded.
- Website usage — basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and which pages you viewed.
How we use your information
- To prepare estimates and confirm pricing
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on your service
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and changes
- To process payments and send receipts and invoices
- To respond to your questions
- To send you offers, promotions, and news about our services, if you have agreed to receive them
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your appointments — confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, and invoices — and, if you have separately agreed to it, about promotions, offers, and news.
Agreeing to receive marketing texts is never a condition of booking or buying anything from us. You can book a service without opting in to marketing messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. The categories of sharing described elsewhere in this policy exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent entirely.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it:
- Stripe — payment processing
- HighLevel — scheduling, customer records, and sending our email and text messages
- Google — business email and calendar
- Netlify — website hosting
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. When you provide card or bank details, they go directly to Stripe. If you choose to keep a payment method on file so we can charge the final agreed amount after your service is complete, that payment method is stored securely by Stripe, not by us.
Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies to function correctly and to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
How long we keep information
We keep customer and service records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes — generally seven years for financial records. You may ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- Email — click unsubscribe in any marketing email.
- Text messages — reply STOP to any message.
- Access, correction, or deletion — email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
